Mentorship Program
The NEDPCA is committed to supporting new members through a structured mentorship program. Each new member is paired with an experienced physician mentor who can provide guidance, answer questions, and offer support as you begin your DPC journey.
In addition, members have access to virtual peer support groups held throughout the year, providing opportunities to connect, share experiences, and learn from colleagues.
Biannual Member Meetings
Alliance members gather twice each year for in-person meetings to review organizational accomplishments, discuss strategic priorities for the coming year, and collaborate on initiatives that advance the Alliance's mission.
These meetings also provide valuable opportunities for continuing education, professional networking, and collegial engagement over a shared meal.

Member Newsletter
Members receive regular email newsletters featuring updates from the Board of Directors, announcements of upcoming events and educational opportunities, legislative updates, and highlights of new NEDPCA members.
Chanty Member Platform
Chanty is the Alliance's secure member communication and collaboration platform. Members can participate in discussions on referral resources, complex clinical cases, legislative issues, practice management topics, and other professional interests. The platform also allows direct messaging between members, fostering collaboration and peer support. With active daily participation, Chanty serves as a valuable resource for timely communication and knowledge sharing.
Maine Medical Association Membership
NEDPCA members are eligible to join the Maine Medical Association. (MMA) at a discounted first-year membership rate of $250. As Maine's largest professional physician organization, the MMA is dedicated to supporting physicians, advancing the quality of medical care, and promoting public health throughout the state.

Philanthropy & Community Service
Giving back to the community is an important part of the Alliance's mission. NEDPCA strives to organize at least one group volunteer event each year, providing members with meaningful opportunities to serve together. Past volunteer efforts have included supporting Partners for World Health, an organization that collects surplus medical equipment and supplies for redistribution to underserved communities both locally and around the world.
